@Marc_Bertrand I was blown away today by you saying “I think Maye was already the MVP” after emphatically declaring the race over in Stafford’s favor weeks ago. Without remotely mentioning that you did that.
@rkylesmith appreciate your love for movies and I am a big fan of the WSJ. I think if you watch Avatar 3 and come out with the thumb down you may have lost a bit of touch with reality. Like the guy who says a Rolex Datejust is “too basic” for his taste. Enjoy the epics!
@funflinger I love Avatar and wanted to go see it, but if it isn’t your thing don’t go just to see the Doomsday trailer. It shows absolutely nothing. It does not feature one shot that gives you a feel for the vibe/look of the movie. It’s just an announcement with a countdown.
@Greengrower13@TJDMCR Obviously the worry with today is it’s a sign of what is to come, but what is to come is all that matters. If we steady the ship all will be good.
@greggrosenthal I would just change have to had. I’ve seen the Jets lose 45-3 to the Patriots then beat them in the post season. This story is still being written.
@TJDMCR@Greengrower13 I would say it was an awesome game as a pats fan but it was more collapse than awesome. However I was a beggar this offseason for us to get to 9 wins so I can’t be a chooser.
@TDownpour24 @JA17MVPs I’ll let you know when I want a QB who rushes for that many yards and has to retire at 32 a zero time champion (Cam Newton and soon to be Allen). Never.
@BillsOnReal Rest easy, you will awake tomorrow to 0 time championship team and go to bed tomorrow night to a 0 time championship team with a QB who doesn’t even have a Super Bowl participation trophy. Yet you will still believe you are in the middle of a fantastic run for someone odd reason.
@danorlovsky7@Patriots Tom Brady was 4th in the league in completion % in 2001, and of the other 4 QB’s in the top 5… 3 played in a dome and the other in California. Weis ran a quick passing game but Brady still completed 63% of his passes over 20 yards in ‘01. Incredible for the time.
@GregABedard big fan of yours. Was really disappointed today about your commentary on Rodney Harrison. Who absolutely did HGH. Peyton Manning’s wife also had a sudden medical emergency where she needed it the same time he was recovering from neck surgery.
