Finally got a #PS5 and our X button sticks. @PlayStation customer service solution is to send our controller away for 2+ weeks to be fixed or go to a retailer, buy a new controller, return the broken controller and commit fraud. Does this seem dishonest to anyone else?
@PokemonGoApp do we have to somehow report our region for the makeup event or is everyone getting it? We play in central standard time and the first 3 hours were brutal. Hour 1 was friendship and it was especially bad. Very disappointed.
@RoyalCaribbean@amberrmoh Can you explain why the company wouldn’t allow people to cruise on a ship without mechanical and safety issues or go to the locations that they booked without paying extra money?
@RoyalCaribbean@amberrmoh They aren’t even reading the posts. Just giving generic bs answers. Hopefully people don’t let this go and @RoyalCaribbean is actually forced into making this right as opposed to holding people hostage.
@RoyalCaribbean If safety and security was really a priority you would allow people who are uncomfortable sailing on a mechanically defective ship to cancel or change to another ship at no cost. To tell your customers they have no options without paying you says more than your statement.
@RoyalCaribbean Also I’m confused why I’d be charged to cancel my cruise or change to a different ship that doesn’t have mechanical issues. My cruise is 5 months away and now not sailing to the locations I booked and might end up stranded at sea.
