@stereoraw@onepeloton@onepeloton does not care about existing members.. my new bike+ broke in less then 1 day.. no other option but to wait 30 days for a replacement.. keep in mind I have been a member for over 5 yrs.
@onepeloton@RobinNYC I would be sweating if my brand new bike was working. Replaced my 5 yr old OG Peloton for the new bike+ and it didn’t even last 1 day. Now I have to wait nearly 30 days for a replacement.. Great product when it works. Horrible service when it doesn’t.
