@Delta The response so far has been to “file a lost luggage claim.” It’s not lost! We know exactly where it is. My FIL is considering booking a flight back to Logan to pick up the suitcase himself since no one can seem to help

@Delta is there a specific reason why my MIL’s suitcases cannot be retrieved from Boston Logan? She has an AirTag and can point out the exact location where it is, but no one seems to be able to pick up the phone or actually go to the location to grab it and send them home. Why?
