Dears, i am struggling to return a product laptop with amazon and it’s been 17 days. Even there is return policy exists for product, no one coming to pick and i am being blamed by investigation team that i didn’t allow pickup.5 return requests.

I am facing very worst experience with amazon services for returning my laptop. It’s been 2 weeks and request are automatically updated by Amazon for denial. I am feeling helpless.

@AmazonHelp What is best in that resolution. That means we should start avoiding using amazon because a fraud is being started by amazon to cheat it’s customers. First sell product and theb deny for return if even faulty
