During Women’s History Month, grade 4/5 students studied the work of Indigenous artist Jackie Traverse. They noticed that her art is often inspired by strong women. Students recreated some of Jackie’s pieces using colored pencil, ink and water color paint. @beg_RETSD
Grade 4/5’s were so excited to experience the solar eclipse today via livestream and various indoor learning activities. We could hear the cheers down the hallway as each region in the livestream reached totality. It was just a lot of fun! Science rules! @beg_RETSD
