@clemzn1981mike@NUCLRGOLF Seems that you're the idiot. Just because a rules official gave a ruling doesn't mean it's correct. Since you said it was the rule then present it 🤡
@flushingitgolf This is totally against the rules of golf (7.1a) without a very specific local rule from the R&A governing this tournament. A link to this rule would be nice, but my feeling is that it doesn't exist.
@clemzn1981mike@NUCLRGOLF I know the rules of golf and have posted from that. I have also reviewed the R&A local rules for 2026 and nothing there. How about you post this supposed link to this "rule" instead of spewing your garbage?
@daleblack63@NUCLRGOLF There is no virtually certain rule when a ball is in play. Rule 7.1a of the r&a: A player is responsible for finding their ball in play after each stroke.
@clemzn1981mike@NUCLRGOLF Exactly- what rule??? Here's a rule: 7.1a of the r&a: A player is responsible for finding their ball in play after each stroke. The ball was in play.
@Mike_kim714 Avoiding the search rule also by scheffler by not starting to look for his ball when he got there. Giving more time for people to unofficially look for his ball without him being on the clock.
@GolfChannel@chambleebrandel Troll chablis has a new ailment called LGD (LIV Golf Disease). Obviously there is no cure. Funny how they call themselves the "Golf Channel" but refuse to give information about a certain tour 😂😂
@peterjkostis@GolfChannel Golf Channel trolls are mouthpieces of the PGA Tour. It's obvious who their favorites are. Bryson and anyone else from LIV golf are not part of their club.
