@networkrail it is really useful the warm & dry waiting room @ byfleet & New Haw station is locked closed in the sheeting rain with no proper cover at the station & your trespass & wellness officer doesn’t have a key!

@c2c_Rail @c2c_Rail perhaps you could start with how long it takes to reply to a serious complaint / issue, broken ticket machines, lack of station staff, filthy stations? listen to your customers they know how to improve the experience already!
