@ClownWorld Yes. I skipped this process once and came home with a few ears with worms and/or worm holes. Now I shuck at the store. Normally there is a trash can for customers. Corn is sold per ear not per pound.

Idk but I don't think its my responsibility as a teacher to call the parent to inform them that their child is failing or going to fail. Especially when it's because they don't turn in the work

@TolentinoTeach Starts early. Get rid of community supplies in elementary school and go back to students keeping track of supplies with their own pencil box. The endless supply of pencils by trading the dull pencil for a sharp pencil is ridiculous.

It is not that children are not reading, it is that adults are not teaching them to read and are not demanding that they read in order to pass classes.

The framing of why don't children read is done to make the actor failing the child, rather than the adults.

It is maddening.

Stop making excuses for your kids. STOP IT. Teach them to earn things, not demand things. Hold them to a higher standard. Challenge them. That way, when I try to challenge them, they’ll know we both expect it.

Two major issues need to be addressed at once:

1. End Birthright citizenship forever
2. Ban foreign born citizens from running for political office

We can't continue as a serious country if 3rd world citizens can undermine our democracy and have more power than the President.

@draloneboy Sure. A country with a caste system sends their best and brightest to the US while keeping the lowest caste in their country. Do people really believe that?
