🚨THE KIWI ULTIMATUM DELIVERED – RIGHT NOW
I have just emailed our formal Kiwi Ultimatum Letter to Prime Minister Christopher Luxon and Foreign Minister Winston Peters (cc: David Seymour, Erica Stanford, Todd McClay).
Our two clear demands:
▪️Immediately ban Narendra Modi from visiting New Zealand due to serious human rights violations.
▪️Stop mass immigration without proper assimilation.
A recent online poll of several thousand New Zealanders…reinforced by widespread public forums and online comments…shows overwhelming opposition to the Modi visit and to unchecked immigration.
New Zealand stands for freedom, human dignity, and protection of the innocent. We will NOT betray those values for any trade deal or photo-op.
This is the voice of everyday Kiwis.
The Ethnic Communities issued their ultimatum.
This is ours.
The letter is now in their inbox.
We demand a response.
If you back The Kiwi Ultimatum, please SHARE this post widely and COMMENT below with your support.
The Government needs to hear the people’s voice loud and clear.

Rumour Alert: Modi demands HUGE Indian temple for Christchurch (Unconfirmed)❓🚨🚨🚨
Folks don’t quote me on this, but my Indian insider sources have advised me that Modi is putting pressure on Luxon to arrange to build a HUGE temple on Manchester street in Christchurch !
If this is true, New Zealand is well and truly sold out — completely compromised by foreign pressure.

CHINA & INDIA HAVE PUT NZ ON NOTICE
Something significant is happening right in front of our eyes.
China is flexing its military muscle in the Pacific.
India is leveraging its growing political and economic influence.
Both are making bold power plays in our region,
Both have set their sights on New Zealand.
Both are rising superpowers. Strategic rivals.
Both are persecuting Christians in their countries.
Both have considerable influence in New Zealand.
Are our leaders protecting New Zealand and our Kiwi way of life...
Or will they simply bow to the pressure?
In this episode of Tamaki Unfiltered, I unpack why these developments matter, what they mean for our future, and why every Kiwi should be paying attention.
We must face reality before it's too late.
🇳🇿 Take a stand.

"I think it's the extent to which the government hates, and the police hate law abiding New Zealanders having guns, and how slack they are confiscating guns off gangs. It's quite sinister." - Marty Gibson
Does the Brian Tamaki case raise broader questions about how government powers should be used against people who haven't been convicted of a crime?

Immigrant Caregiver Rapes Elderly in NZ Care Home🚨🚨🚨
Nilushan Jayanga Silva Ginthota Vidhanage — a Sri Lankan caregiver — has been jailed for 10 years and 6 months after raping an elderly woman and sexually assaulting another. He will be deported after serving one-third of his sentence.
We keep saying it…
Immigration is out of control in this country. Sadly, Luxon has made it worse by signing the India FTA, which will open the floodgates even further

Brian Tamaki: A MAN ON A MISSION 🚨🚨🚨
The government and police don’t just see Brian Tamaki as a troublemaker — they see him as a direct threat.
And they’re not wrong. He’s an agent provocateur in the best possible sense: he says what tens of thousands are thinking but are too afraid to say out loud.
Everywhere I go — whether it’s a quick coffee with tradies, a chat with professionals, or conversations with everyday Kiwis — the same story comes up. Brian is gaining serious traction. Not just among his own people, but across Christian denominations, including Catholics and Orthodox who traditionally wouldn’t touch his brand of fire.
They all say the same thing: “He’s doing and saying what many of us are too scared to do.”
That’s why they hate him. Because his message is landing.
Here’s to my friend Brian Tamaki — still standing in the gap while the woke globalist clowns try to turn New Zealand into a freak show. You’ve got my full support.
Keep swinging Brian !! @BrianTamakiNZ
THE KIWI ULTIMATUM
Last week, ethnic minority leaders issued an ultimatum to the Government.
This week, it's time Kiwis issued our Kiwi Ultimatum.
They say they represent 18.4% of New Zealand's population and are demanding laws to protect their religions, cultures and way of life, warning there will be a ballot box backlash if they are ignored.
Now it's our turn.
If you believe we should protect the Kiwi Way of Life and keep New Zealand, New Zealand, then it's time to make our voices heard.
Forget the political polls...
The People's Poll is better.
QUESTION 1:
Should the Government STOP mass immigration without assimilation that is destroying the Kiwi Way of Life? YES or NO?
QUESTION 2:
Should the Government BAN Modi from entering New Zealand because of India's serious human rights violations? YES or NO?
This isn't just another poll.
This is the People's Mandate.
The results will become THE KIWI ULTIMATUM that we will deliver to the Government this week.
The bigger the vote, the louder the message.
Let's show them what Kiwis really think.
🗳 Vote here:
https://t.co/8lvlWvxUJY
Then do one more thing...
SHARE. SHARE. SHARE.
The People's Poll is the first step.
The Kiwi Ultimatum is the next.
Together, they become THE GREAT PUSHBACK.
🚩Another sexual assault by Indian Uber Driver in NZ, sentenced today.
‘The woman got into the back of the Uber about 1.20am in Grey Lynn, Auckland to take what should have been a short trip to Mount Eden.
The driver insisted she move into the front seat. the driver insisted she move into the front seat. She heard the doors lock, and he touched her leg the 22 year old knew she was in trouble. The young woman was indecently assaulted by driver Jaspreet Singh multiple times that night.’
Singh’s lawyer Andy Wei asked the judge for no conviction as Singh risked deportation, and his wife was also on a visa. Singh and his wife had just had a baby, and Wei claimed that India did not allow dual citizenship, and the baby, born in NZ, would have to live in India without the protection of Indian citizenship’
Singh was sentenced to 6 months home detention and a $10,000 fine.
I’m sorry to say but at this stage i’d be advising women to avoid using a taxi or an Uber driven by an Indian. Hell, just a fe months ago an Indian Bus driver did the same to another young lady, I guess the high trust society we once had in NZ is dead.
Deport Singh once his home D is done, and maybe Luxon can drive him to the airport.
Alert: FTA - Mass knife and sexual violence crimes in NZ within 3-5 years 🚨🚨🚨
Here’s the situation based on insights from my immigration policy insider friends and overseas statistics.
Regarding the terrible India-NZ Free Trade Agreement (FTA), there are legitimate concerns about inflows of individuals who may not meet strict skills thresholds, alongside uncertainty about the deal’s long-term effects on New Zealand’s society and labour market.
In short, the government is taking a “substantial risk” by opening pathways that could lead to large-scale entry of people from regions with documented integration challenges.
Overseas experience with similar trade/migration arrangements and rapid non-Western inflows shows clear dangers:——-
In Sweden, large-scale migration from the Middle East, North Africa, and Afghanistan correlated with a sharp rise in knife crime, gang violence, and sexual assaults. Official analyses have shown foreign-born individuals (particularly from certain regions) heavily overrepresented in rape convictions — sometimes 5–20+ times higher rates than natives in specific categories like stranger rapes.
The UK saw grooming gang scandals involving organised sexual exploitation of thousands of vulnerable girls, predominantly by men of Pakistani heritage — failures in integration and enforcement allowed these networks to operate for years.
In parts of Germany and other European countries reported spikes in violent and sexual crime following surges in asylum and migrant inflows from high-risk regions, with foreigners (a minority of the population) accounting for disproportionate shares of suspects in certain violent offences.
In my opinion, without robust controls, vetting, and integration measures, New Zealand could be just 3–5 years away from seeing similar rises in gang-related sexual violence and knife crime on our streets ‼️
The FTA should prioritise genuine high-skilled temporary mobility — not become a backdoor for broader, harder-to-manage migration.
Lessons from overseas are clear: numbers, origins, and enforcement matter.
Kiwi women should be particularly concerned ‼️
Brian Tamaki - A WARRIOR FOR NZ 🚨🚨🚨
Brian Tamaki ain’t backing down and I’m here for it.✅
He called out the hypocrisy loud and clear — Modi going hard on Christians in India, so why the hell shouldn’t we push back here ?
That “purge” comment was blunt as hell and a touch inflammatory BUT it was his way of saying “enough is enough” with the “double standards and mass immigration flooding NZ”
CONTEXT, not incitement.
Now the cops rock up and snatch his hunting guns ? This was 100% political folks and the corrupt demons from the msm did a number on him !
Classic silencing move against a guy who actually cares about Faith, Flag & Family and the real Kiwi way of life.
Love him or hate him, Tamaki’s been out there leading protests and saying what plenty of ordinary Kiwis are THINKING but too scared to say.
Free speech still matters in New Zealand… right ?
It’s getting harder and harder to find anyone worth supporting politically these days. They’re all leaning the wrong way — just look at the mess the world’s in for goodness sake !
Where’s the old fashioned morals and values ?
Anything goes these days just like in the days of Noah.
@BrianTamakiNZ
Thank you, Michael Laws, and @theplatform_nz, for a fair and respectful interview this morning.
It's refreshing to be interviewed by someone who actually gives their guests the opportunity to speak, explain their position, and finish a sentence.
These kinds of interviews are becoming all too rare.
Too many presenters today seem more interested in hearing the sound of their own voice than allowing viewers to hear both sides of an issue.
Whether people agree with me or not, New Zealand is better served when ideas are debated openly, respectfully and fairly.
Take a watch and decide for yourself.
🔥🔥Michael Laws this morning, laying it down straight.
“Brian Tamaki is 100% , National & Act may not want to hear it, maybe because they are low IQ, but we are signing a FTA with a racist & discriminatory country.
Modhi and his Hindi nationalists are religious extremists who target Christians and Muslims, Modhi sent hit men to assassinate Indians on Canadian soil”
“You just might just want to vote for Winston Peters I think”
# Caller Matt : “Tamaki can be a knob, but this is a political hit and it’s unjust. Where does this end? the state will put the blow torch on you if you say what they don’t like”
# Caller Wayne: “ This is police over reach, i’m not Christian but he’s right, I can see where this country is going”
# Caller Tom: “Outrageous state overreach, I support Tamaki, NZ police are controlled by Indians in senior positions”
Laws : “Hmm Yes Sundeep Patel is Auckland Superintendent, he would have played a part in this - oh look when he was given the job, the Indian Govt released a statement saying : his promotion represents the changing face of NZ & Diversity. Labour candidate Rakesh Naidoo too… do you think their ethnicity plays a part in this ?”
“Tamaki a fit and proper person for a firearm? Police need to ask if their own upper echelon are”
Indeed. Facts. Vassal state of India.
National - Act - Labour - Greens - Slop
New Zealand = Police State 🚨🚨🚨
Let’s be crystal clear: There is zero justification for police raiding Brian Tamaki’s home this morning to seize his “legally owned” hunting rifles and revoke his firearms licence.
This isn’t public safety. It’s blatant government overreach and political intimidation.
Tamaki spoke uncomfortable truths about mass immigration, failed assimilation, and cultural replacement — and the state responded by sending six cars to disarm him. His guns were stored properly, used for pig hunting, and he has no history of violence.
Words are not bullets. Criticising open borders, imported conflicts, and communities that refuse to integrate is not a crime. But in today’s New Zealand, it gets you labelled “not a fit and proper person” and stripped of your rights.
This is how free speech dies: not with a bang, but with quiet revocation forms and armed officers at your door.
Buy some ‘friendly’ dogs, Brian. And every New Zealander paying attention should see this for what it is — a warning shot at dissent.
@BrianTamakiNZ
EMERGENCY ALERT: Police DUMP all of Brian Tamaki's guns on the BACKSEAT of the police car🚨🚨🚨
Here's why this is wrong.
Simply placing all of them together on the back seat does not align with the emphasis on secure, documented, and professional handling.
Why the back seat is not appropriate..
Security and control:
The back seat (even in a caged prisoner area of a patrol car) is less secure than a locked boot/trunk or dedicated locked gun case/evidence container. It risks shifting during driving, easier access by unauthorised people if the vehicle is unattended or in an accident, or theft.
Professionalism and perception:
Seized firearms are exhibits. Visible or loosely placed items in the back seat can appear casual or unprofessional, especially in a high-profile case. Police vehicles have secure storage options (locked cabinets/gun safes are standard for Police-issued firearms).
Best practice alignment:
Policies stress "secure" transport and storage (e.g., gun safes/rooms at stations). Large seizures often require multiple vehicles specifically for secure transport.
Why were all the guns put together on the back seat of one police vehicle ?
Note: Even short local trips do not exempt the need for proper containment.
Practical risks:
Even unloaded and flagged firearms should be bagged/tagged and contained to prevent damage, loss of forensic evidence, or accidents.
Does the officer in charge need to be reprimanded for not following correct procedures ?

Let's make sure everyday New Zealanders are heard loud and clear.
Shortly after Police arrived at my home, entered my property, raided my gun safe, seized my firearms, and revoked my firearms licence... the NZ Herald just happened to turn up at my front door.
How did they know so quick?
Coincidence? You decide.
Here's the interview I gave them in the moment. Watch for yourself and make up your own mind.
Six Police Cars Turn Up at My Home at 8:33am to Seize My Hunting Guns – “This Is an Attack on Free Speech. Speak Up and They Come for Your Guns.”
This morning at exactly 8:33am, six police cars, the police officers, turned up at my Auckland home. They were there to tell me my gun licence has been temporarily suspended because, in their words, I am “not a fit and proper person” to hold one. They came to uplift every one of my hunting guns.
I have 28 days to make a submission. Let me be crystal clear: this is an attack on free speech. In New Zealand today, if you speak up passionately against injustice,
they send the police to take your guns.
My guns were locked in a proper gun safe. They were used only for hunting pigs and deer – nothing else. I have never committed an act of violence in my entire
life. I do not tolerate violence. Yet they still came with six cars. My wife was home. Then my granddaughter and great-grandchildren arrived. What did they
think was going to happen?
They have twisted my words from a recent podcast. I was standing up against the horrific human rights violations happening in India right now...
🔹Christians being killed
🔹Churches being burned to the ground
🔹Child brides
🔹Christian women and girls being raped
I spoke from the heart as a grandfather. When I talked about protecting my granddaughters and great-granddaughters, it was figurative – the same way any father or grandfather says he would get a shotgun to protect his daughter from the wrong kind of suitors. It was never a threat. It was a father’s natural instinct to defend his family.
I said imagine if this was happening in New Zealand – if we were burning down mosques and temples. I was making a point. I never implied I was going to do it. I was highlighting the hypocrisy of our politicians.
They let Sikhs walk around freely carrying weapons…daggers, swords, and axes as part of their religion. But my legally owned, safely stored hunting rifles are suddenly a problem? It wasn’t long ago there was a full-on sword fight inside a temple in Tauranga that hurt people. The police should have confiscated those weapons then. Where was the outrage?
When I said we should get rid of Sikhs and Hindus in this context, I meant stop them at the border and send them back if they will not assimilate. It is that simple. Shut the border to mass immigration that refuses to become New Zealanders. I had to say it strongly to force this to become a national conversation again.
New Zealand must remain New Zealand. Foreigners who come here must assimilate. They must not bring their foreign religions, customs, and ways – including kirpans, swords, and axes…their hijabs, turbans and burkas – and impose them on us. We are not India. We are NZ.
This government is doing a handshake with a human rights abuser…Modi. Why would any New Zealand government shake hands with the devil while Christians are being killed and persecuted in India? My recent comments have simply magnified the weakness of this government.
Now they are coming after my guns. Indians have got my licence revoked. So do Indians now control the New Zealand Police and our politicians? This reeks of political interference.
I am not a violent person. I have never been a violent person. They have taken my words completely out of context to silence me.
I will be making my submission within the 28 days. But let every New Zealander hear this loud and clear: when they come for your guns because you spoke the truth, it is not about safety – it is about control.
I will not be silenced. I will keep standing up for New Zealand, for our Christian heritage, for our borders, and for the right to speak without fear of the state coming to your door with six police cars.
New Zealanders, wake up. You could be next.
BREAKING NEWS:
NZ Police turned up to my house this morning to confiscate my hunting guns, and to advise that they have revoked my gun license.
All because I have spoken up about Mass Immigration!
Here's my live video, as it all went down...
Since when did we start imposing Indian law on New Zealanders?
The Hindu board calls for the Government and police to “take suo moto cognizance and initiate legal action" against me...
"Suo moto cognizance" is an Indian legal practice...not a NZ one.
The Hindu Board statement claims my allegations are false, but they provide no evidence to support that.
Meanwhile, I am relying on the following facts:
Just last month, on 7 May 2026, the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom held a full hearing titled ‘Deteriorating Religious Freedom Conditions in India’. They concluded that religious freedom in India remains on a downward trajectory, with the government tolerating particularly severe violations against Christians and other religions. This includes anti-conversion laws, mob violence, and impunity for attackers.
Christian persecution in India has been clearly documented by:
▪️ United States Department of State in 2024
▪️ United Nations Human Rights Council
▪️ Open Doors International
▪️ Christian Solidarity Worldwide
With child brides, we have reports from:
▪️ UNICEF
▪️ United Nations Population Fund
▪️ United Nations
▪️ Human Rights Watch
▪️ Amnesty International
These are facts, not fiction. All of these organisations have readily available reports and articles online for anyone to research and read.
My comments came from a place of deep patriotic and parental concern. As a father and as a New Zealander, I will not stay silent while serious human rights issues are occurring in India under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership.
