This is what doctors in India face for speaking the truth. The Liver Doc presents his case with irrefutable evidence, solid medical logic and insight. In return he is criticised as a 'Christian Fanatic' ( Dr Abby is an atheist ), a pharma company agent( he never was, never will be ), enemy of Sanatan.
Over the yrs, @theliverdoc has been hounded by FIRs, defamation cases, manhandling of his staff, character assassination as 'Organ Trader', 'Rice Bag Convert' & worse. There is an entire X lobby working full time against him.
Today, a 65 yr old Psychiatrist, a friend from Tirunelveli called me. He has developed Kidney Failure after being treated for Prostate enlargement with a snake oil product, euphemistically called, 'Ayurveda', by an 'Ayurved' degree holder. In my books, that's a quack. I hit the roof. I am furious. I am just a phone call away, but this learned doctor, preferred to trust & take nonsense in the name of Rx for his severe Prostate enlargement. Untreated BPH sometimes causes Kidney Failure, as in this case.
Imagine! If a much acclaimed, famous Psychiatrist(MD- Psychiatry) can fall for their tricks, and lose his kidneys because of pseudoscience, how much health education is needed for our society, to wean them away from quackery.
This is what the Liver Doctor has been selflessly doing as a mission. Just imagine his noble mission against insurmountable odds. Support him. If there is only one medical handle you follow for scientific medical education minus the frills, let it be @theliverdoc .

Hanno rischiato la vita tra correnti, profondità e oscurità assoluta.
Hanno visto da vicino ciò che nessuno vorrebbe mai vedere.

E quando tutto è finito, non hanno chiesto soldi.

Niente.

In un’epoca dove molti farebbero qualsiasi cosa per guadagnare visibilità, loro hanno scelto il silenzio.
In un mondo dove quasi tutto ha un prezzo, loro hanno dimostrato che esistono ancora persone che agiscono solo per umanità.

Perché riportare a casa quei cinque italiani non era un lavoro qualsiasi.

Era una missione umana.

Era dare pace a chi era rimasto sospeso tra speranza e disperazione.
Era trasformare un vuoto infinito in un ultimo saluto possibile.

E certe cose non si fanno per denaro.

Si fanno perché dentro di te senti che è la cosa giusta.

Oggi viviamo circondati da gente che urla, ostenta, pretende applausi per qualsiasi cosa.

Poi arrivano persone così.

Persone che rischiano tutto… e non vogliono nulla.

E allora forse l’unica reazione giusta è questa:

stare in silenzio.

What ppl like me notice is the heavy rush at almost every speciality OPD in hospitals.
Which points to a supply shortage of specialist doctors. Hence my suggestion.

I recall NDTV grilling RSS functionaries, who despite being well read, couldn’t communicate well in English and ended up badly bruised.
