@nectar hi my sainsburys credit card is linked to my nectar account. But I cannot see the points in my transaction history. Your call center can see them but it does not show on my app or the website. The call center team couldn’t help and gave me an email add that is incorrect.

@tescobankhelp really disappointing experience with #tescoinsurance not answering their phones, having to email and wait for a call back and blaming COVID... it’s 5 months in and they haven’t developed a work around. I expect better.

1) include your COVID plan on day 1 / pre joining + COVID pack on day 1, mask, water bottle & pack of wipes.
2) plan key virtual meet and greets
3) have a buddy, either virtually or in office and regular week 1 catch ups
