@TootingCommon We pay council tax and the council should provide adequate bins so they don’t overfill. Temporary bins in the summer when they know the footfall will increase. It’s not always possible to take litter home. What if I’m not going home after. The bins in TC are ridiculously small

@JuliaHB1 Wife is a GP in London, she’s witnessed the worst of COVID, and it’s not the virus but the effects of lockdown. Mental health issues, suicides, waiting lists for hospital/specialist referrals all through the roof. Reduced f2f appointments so chance of missing stuff increased.
