@KLM I am sure you do your best, but that doesn’t help me. I do not see any pilot or finance dept. help out in this huge issue. You seem not to really care about your customers and the consequences of not having your belongings for an extended period. Please tell me when you deliver?
@klm how many more days do I need to wait until I get my suitcases? You have failed to deliver for a week now. My flight from JFK arrived last week (KL646). You fail on many fronts now, terrible service while claiming you delivered all intercontinental flights… #klmfail
@KLM 2/2. …..after waiting 1,5 hours. You could not give an update. In the meantime i read that all luggage from intercontinental flights have been delivered. Have you forgotten ours? Arriving from JFK at AMS with KL646 last Saturday… #klmfail
@KLM after having waited for 6 days now since you lost my luggage because of the strike, I am still waiting to get a proper idea when the suitcases will be delivered. This is terrible service. I have not been contacted once since. Yesterday I called myself, and was answered… 1/2
