@nishantdhama @PeteLau OnePlus customer service is useless. I had a need to contact them multiple times, not once had success in resolving the issue. The last issue is still in the process. It is unbelievable that they don't even read, just answer something that doesn't make sense. @PeteLau

@oneplus But without a network carrier connection! Your 4G LTE modem is not working properly in Austria. As soon as it connects to LTE Band20, 8T's modem freezes and not establishing a connection back. @OnePlus_Support @PeteLau

@oneplus Only if I am on WiFi. The phone is disconnecting from the 4G network and becomes unusable. Despite maximum signal strength in urban areas. Your customer service is not helping.
