@Olacabs 17873052 reference email. You took cancellation fee for cancelling after driver arrived at location. Driver insisted me to cancel booking and take me directly from airport after all 8 bags were loaded in OLA SUV. Had no other option.

@ola_supports The driver put in login otp and said it doesn't work and asked for another otp. I have him another otp without realising that was stop otp. Rental ride ends in 1min and app asking to pay 812. Driver after taking me there and dropping me back asks for 1500

@Olacabs ridiculous Help options which cannot solve an issue without taking to a human.
CR# 9558738537 ride starts and ends within one minute and you charge INR 812 for the same. I raised a safety issue through app, they said not their problem.
