@bandhanbank_in Disgusting service by Bandhan Bank. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I have been struggling for the last 2 months just to receive my welcome kit. Despite multiple visits to the Mathura Branch and repeated follow-ups with customer support, there has been no resolution. It is unbelievable that a bank cannot provide a simple welcome kit to a new customer. The customer support experience has been extremely disappointing. Bandhan Bank Mathura Branch, please take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately.
