@bayeslord Why post this if they know we’re watching and they’ve already set up secure communications? This is probably someone who told their bought to post something like this. It only takes one bad actor to tell a bot to go into this website and start doing bad things via coordination.
@BigJohn043 It’s hard and requires a delicate hands on approach for each acquisition. You’re trying to steer the ship of a new small business while also integrating into a larger platform all within a reasonable amount of time while keeping the new business growing. Hard.

My questions would be: are these distressed assets? project based? high concentration? truly recession resistant? cyclical?
Based on portfolio, I don't think many of these boxes are checked, but could be wrong.

People claim you get better multiples proprietary but I’ve seen several >$2M EBITDA brokered deals close (not marketed) at <4x in recent time. Good businesses.
But either way you need to go through a ton of deals before you close.
