Rascal has been on the trail as of late. He radioed in just now that he recently broke the tree line only to find that infamous nature photographer and debonair man of adventure @actionxander ! Rascal gave a few pointers and wished him good luck finding those last three elusive Floridian quarry!

I am sure we can expect to see those three captured in frame before the adventure ends. We would love to see your favorite @actionxander photos pasted in the comments or used in your QUOTE POSTS, he does amazing work and is exuding that adventurous American spirit we need to resurrect and maintain so badly.

Rascal did say he has made great use in the field with his Ruger American Gen2 Scout rifle! Thus it has been chosen for this weeks win!

Our friend, @TheRascallion , was so pleased when that beloved big horn sheep decided to take a short leave from @BrownellsInc in Iowa and come have some porch time here in Appalachia! They got to jawin', of course, as big horn sheep and rascally raccoons are want to do, and began waxing about how much fun the old standbys can be. The trusty side by side and the sweet .38 special are hard to beat.

Maybe it was the mellifluous tones of a friend or maybe it was that sweet mountain dew but Rascal figured we would bless y'all a little extra this week and and give TWO of you ne'er-do-wells a shot at winning! Alright, MFs! Another mean rock thrower is being given away and this time the story is short. Why is that? Well @TheRascallion just refused to elaborate about what, exactly, he'd gotten himself into. All he would say is that the @Springfield_Inc Kuna sure does perform well in a tight spot. The @VortexOptics Crossfire was nuthin' to sniff at either.

As many of you know Rascal has a penchant for the dramatic. So here we find him in 18th century regalia surrounded by a bunch of extras (not sure who is paying for their time) celebrating one of his and ours favorite founding fathers (of whom I am proudly related).

251 years ago, today, on March 23rd 1775, the venerable Patrick Henry gave his famous off the cuff no notes and from his patriotic heart speech, "Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death!"

We celebrate that today with a giveaway of both a @TraditionsPF Old Ironsides .69 caliber black powder cannon AND a @kimberamerica Liberty 1911 chambered in the quintessentially American .45ACP!

We use these giveaways to spread the word of our shop and our cause which is to make a living arming the great and patriotic American people!

Today is Gary Plauche Day.
Rascal is a fan of Gary and an even bigger fan of doing right by your children, as well as those who would visit harm upon them, if you know what he means...

Rascal has it on good authority that the revolver used on that eventful day was a Colt snub nose revolver in .38 special. He understands that the gun is on display above a lawyer, DA, or judges fireplace and thus we cannot specifically identify which model. Likely, it was a Colt Detective Special.

In honor of Gary and @jplauche this week's giveaway is a modern Colt Cobra Talo Edition 2" .38 special.

Rascal got to talking, as he is want to do, around the fire the other night and he stumbled himself upon a story I had not heard him tell before.

Evidently Rascal was there with Major Eric Bonde in the Congo when that iconic picture was taken in 1961. No one really knows just how old this raccoon is; one of the mysteries of the universe, it would seem.

Speaking of mysteries, Rascal then tells me he carried a CZ75 that day. I told him that is not possible. The CZ75 was not even released until 1975. He just chuckled at me like I was some inexperienced pup 🤷🏽‍♂️...

Regardless of the hows and the whys Rascal was inspired by the memory to make this week's giveaway a CZ75 BD 9mm!
