What then happened was enough CDN’s collectively lost their minds that very Oct & elected Trudeau & he added regulatory requirements alongside the newly elected BC NDP that ensured phase 2 like several oil pipeline projects went from having strong business cases to no business cases.

Now more than a decade later & at least 4 years after phase 2 should have become operational as phase 1 hit capacity, we have the very same BC NDP & @liberal_party gov’s patting themselves on the back for their vision, action & speed!
