@ICICILombard Respected Shri Sanjeev Mantri, CEO & MD, ICICI Lombard, I have filed a Motor Claim on 19-05-2026 and there is no action so far has been taken to process the claim. My car is lying in ICICI empanelled garage without start of repair. Today on 14-06-2026 I have received a Whatsapp message from investigator to provide contact details of the person who hit my car and police, who were present on the site. Kindly edudate and guide me, how to REACT TO THIS MESSAGE.

@ICICILombard I have filed an online claim no- MOT17663332 regarding my car accident on 19-05-2026 and file is still move between Surveyor and Investigator. No response at all!!!

@ICICILombard On the day of accident, I have filed an online claim no- MOT17663332 but so far positive action is being taken, except sending the SMS. Surveyor is not lifting phone and always asking me to submit new document.

@ICICILombard My car met an accident on 19-05-2026. There is no action so far been taken by ICICI official to resolve the issue to start repair of damaged car, except passing the ball to suveyer to investigator. Any one is there, who can see this Jalebi culture of ICICI Lombard?
