Agree with many of the replies, recruit from armed forces. Possibly time to consider arming police as well. Just come back from Germany, where police look a threat to criminal gangs.

@GavWilson Not sure what the community game is like, but Top Tier Super League and the NRL is certainly a more attractive product with more flow.
