Insecurity: Oluwo Strengthen Iwoland Security, Holds Dialogue With Fulani Herdsmen

Today in his ancient palace, the Paramount Ruler of the United Kingdoms of Iwoland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, held an high level meeting with selected Fulani herdsmen from Ola Oluwa Local Government of Iwoland, Osun State.

Oba Akanbi acknowledged the existing cooperation and peaceful coexistence of Fulanis with Yorubas from time immemorial in Iwoland and called for continuous synergy to repel encroachment of questionable strangers into the land.

Oluwo charged the herdsmen to assist in security intelligence gathering in their areas and resist any form of inducement from external strangers recruiting residents as informants.

Responding, the Seriki Fulani of Ola Oluwa, Abubakar Sidik, described Iwo and their ancestral home and assured Oluwo of utmost support to secure the land from banditry

According to Abubakar "Iwo is my ancestral home. My great grandparents were born here in Iwo. These children you are seeing here did not know any other place. Their great grandparents were born and died on Iwo soil. If you ask them where they came from, they will tell you Iwo. Kabiesi, I assure you, the bad among them will turn a new leaf. I learnt this from my uncle.
He and his ex fiancé had issues. He went to her family house to plead with her.

Her parents were present, he went there with just his friend. Another heated argument started as they both narrated their sides of the story.

My uncle kept quiet because he was in the midst of his to-be in-laws. The girl continued running her mouth until she pointed a finger to my uncle and said, "eleyii naa."

That statement changed everything.

My uncle said, he stood up, thanked his ex parents, and told his friend to meet him in the car. He left.

Later, everyone pleaded with him later to forgive the girl. The girl too pleaded. They got back together, but he told the girl he'll never marry her.
