@nberlat I'm tired of the "too old" narrative that didn't affect the GOP candidate. Despite early bad internal polling, Biden still might have pulled off reelection. His age was only a problem for folks who couldn't accept that if he didn't finish a 2nd term, his VP will step in.
@nberlat Kamala lost with 70 million votes (better than Obama did in 2008) so we need to lay off on what she should have done. Where Dems fail (I think) is in not having built the media infrastructure to rival what the right wing has in terms of Fox News, Newsmax, Joe Rogan, etc.
Big news! On Veterans Day, #HarrietTubman will be posthumously named a brigadier general by the Maryland National Guard, according to The Baltimore Banner! She was the first Black woman to serve the U.S. military in combat. Read more: https://t.co/zDQnjQxFMF
@nberlat I noticed that, yes. Also noticed how some Dems won their seats in Congress, which showed that voters were willing to split the ticket to NOT vote for Harris. That's a special brand of misogynoir!
@VinSportsNutz@MichaelJStern1 "Our species cannot die off fast enough." Idle words? We barely survived a pandemic last time. The next one under a lunatic might be way more lethal!
@cbouzy You were very confident in a landslide for Harris. Your bafflement over how the votes didn’t add up for her makes me very suspicious of election interference by foreign actors.
Kamala Harris called from the tarmac to thank everyone on the Win With Black Women meeting for their support,
and for launching the historic zoom of all zooms after Biden stepped out of the race and endorsed her.
I have chills. We’re gonna do it. 💙
