What Megan Says Happened:
Megan, flanked by her intrepid students, stormed into Anoka County with nothing but their sheer brilliance and a “great brief”. They singlehandedly forced the defendant to lay down his constitutional arms in total surrender.

What Actually Happened:
📝 “Appeared” in Anoka County
They did NOT file an appearance or address the court. They didn’t appear on the record. They were spectators. Nice photo though.

⚖️ “Our case”?
It wasn’t her case. It was an ordinary criminal matter prosecuted by Anoka County. Her Gun Control Clinic sought to intervene—then withdrew their motion to intervene, and told the court they wouldn’t be filing any briefs, because the defendant was pleading guilty.

🧾 “Defendant withdrew his 2A challenge”?
No. The defendant accepted a plea deal. That decision had nothing to do with her Gun Control Clinic, their presence, or their unfiled “great brief.”

📄 “Wrote a great brief”?
Maybe. But it was never filed. Never argued. Never entered into the record. The only place it exists is in her manufactured social media victory lap.

Megan Walsh’s version of events belongs in the fiction section. It's not advocacy. It’s cosplay.
