How to reach the @claudeai's human agent to resolve the billing issue. this is my 4th day sending all the details in email and chat. getting same response from ai agent every time. issue is not fixed. made the payment, subscription is not activated. it is really annoying

As the payment made through the app is not credited to Swiggy, Customer care support asked me to pay the money to delivery agent.

@SwiggyCares This issue is not resolved yet. Bank has confirmed that money has been credited to Swiggy Bank Account. I have shared all the necessary proofs as DM and also over email.
