Surreal to think my placement experiences have finished and uni is near to completion. It has been great to reflect on my progression since my first placement and I look forward to continuing to progress in the future! #slt2b

Since the start of the pandemic, we have worked with the @NHS to make sure people know that stroke is a medical emergency & to not delay seeking help. Emergency services are under pressure this winter but please remember to #actFAST and call 999 if you see the signs of a stroke.

The Friday 11am group have been working towards building an aphasia toolbox of word finding strategies to use independently in daily life! So far we have tried describing the word and gesture. This week, sentence completion! #mySLTday #PwA
