@Wickes I dont want to speak to customer services, its been sitting with them a year and they have besaved disgracefully. How do I escalate or should i publish this to social media.

@Wickes How do I escalate? The customer services team have delayed issues with faulty goods for 7 months and Wickes have ignored the FHIO ombudsman who are involved. I'd like to contact someone more senior than customer services.
@Wickes faulty newly fitted kitchen under warranty reported in Feb, now June and can't get any response. Does this need to go to court??? You should not be in this line of business
@Wickes It has been 3 months since I logged my issue and not a single action has been undertaken other than Wickes seeming to hold lots of ‘investigations’ inside Wickes. I have today reported this to the F&HI Ombudsman of which Wickes is a member. DM has been pointless.
@Wickes Why would you not honour the warrenty on your own kitchens and how do I raise a proper complaint? 3 months of ZERO interest from the escalations team and not allowing me to raise a complaint. Does it have to go through trading standards, i havent the energy
@KitchenAid_UK I am told by you care team that you are no longer accepting complaints. I am told I cannot escalate my case either. I've been waiting a month for a replacement. Anyone else stunned by how bad it is to deal with this company over a simple matter????

@KitchenAid_UK Three phone calls, 2.5 hours and still waiting for customer care to answer the phone. Trying to find out why they sent back my broken appliance still broken, but marked repaired. Happy New Year.
@KitchenAid_UK Customer care is terrible. Been a loyal customer for a long time but when I have an issue theres no followup. Premium prices but bargain basement service!
@OVOEnergy Incredibly painful company to deal with, customer service is tragic. Despite emails and so many calls does ovo DO anything at all and god forbid get back to customers. I cant humanly chase you any more to call me back me than I have. I've run out of energy
@OVOEnergy Disgusted at the BRUTISH service. You cocked up billing for a year, then sent a huge bill which sorted it out on the phone and then you called back to say you're not honouring what was agreed. Time for the ombudsman.

two hour flight cancelled, delayed for a day, routed back on 2 flights instead of direct which took a whole day. Offered £33 discount on my next BA flight to compensate. Service at its best, well done BA. Best you keep the £33, buy yourself some dignity.
