I’m doing some research trying to find the reasons why cycling in the Netherlands is so sensational and in most other countries so average. I’m perplexed. All I can find is this pink pic.
One of the things we do with ALL our patients is communicate. We should therefore probably learn and practice (yes it needs practice) MUCH more.
But it seems to be far less important than sexy exercises or technique stuff.

Is there still room for it in our treatment? Maybe. Is it essential? Absolutely not! But let’s not forget that our main focus should be on education and exercise therapy!
