Construction of the Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar at Sawgrass Mills is nearing completion. Millwork and kitchen equipment installation are underway as final MEP work wraps up. We’re looking ahead to final inspections and bringing this space across the finish line. #sawgrassmills

Buc-ee’s Benton progress continues with road work, paving, and fuel canopies underway. Inside, kitchen tile, ceiling grid, storefront, doors, and millwork are progressing as we move toward utilities and power this month.

Big progress at Buc-ee’s San Marcos! Stone and tile installs continue, millwork is underway, and bathroom fixtures are going in with utilities now live. Site clean-up and TXDOT turn lanes are complete as we prep for paving. Furnishings up next—getting close!
