Money doesn't even exist dude, it is a social construct.

Musk controls more of what matters, production and resources... Can he produce the array? Yes. Cost is irrelevant.

It puts him in a better position of leverage with a satellite array of AI inference that he can then use with his robots, cars, grok, and likely rent to his competitors. It is a moat he is building that no one without rockets will be able to bridge.

As for Nuclear power - it got blocked by environmentalist liberals, so we have them to thank for your high-power costs today.
