Sorry to disappoint guys but DOH's budget was not cut by P10 billion this year. The 2020 national budget, approved this January, is at P100.56 billion (automatic appro not included). This means it's higher by almost P3B from 2019; and by P12.3B from the 2020 proposed budget.
