@thepointsguy Also this summer we were delayed becuase of “weather” but really the pilot was delayed from his last flight becuase of weather and then timed out and couldn’t fly. The airlines still said it was weather, which was more they fact that American Airlines just don’t have enough pilot

@AmericanAir i was supposed to leave Miami at 10:26am…. Flight canceled at 1pm. Why? Pilots decided they didn’t want to travel!!! Been in line for more then 3 hours to rebook!!! They might be the worst service ever!!!! HELP!!!

@SecretaryPete something needs to be done about American Airlines in MIA airport. Canceled flight, delays with new flight, hours of waiting in line for rebooking and promised checked baggage that never arrived at destination. The airlines takes zero responsibility. NOT OK!!

@AmericanAir you might have the worse service I have ever experienced!!! In Miami flight canceled To Ecuador for no reason!!!! Been waiting at rebooking in a line of 100s of people for 3 hours. Only 2 people working….. how is this ok? It’s not ok!!!
