@virginmedia Both, plus the booster just had an internal explosion and shorted all the electricals in the house. Not happy especially as I cannot get hold of anyone to discuss. All I get is the AI Bot and a wait for over an hour on chat to be informed by the Bot that now no one is there!

@virginmedia can you explain why every day my 125mbps paid for contract, where you state average speeds of 132mbps only achieves ~50-60mbps for the entire evening. Can't watch iPlayer, kids can't play online - what am I paying for? Any yes I've tried all your 'solutions'

@SilentHitoshura @ChargePlaceScot No response from The thieves at CPS they bury their heads and deny anything they've done is wrong. In fact blamed the bank, then Stripe but could explain why they take pre Auth prior to any charge. Useless money saving expert and trading standards have been informed.

@ChargePlaceScot Trading standards confirmed you've not provided any service - no charging access thus no preauthorisation needed. This happened 7 times out of 10 attempts. A £35 for each attempt where you were at fault - ~£250 waiting for over 7 days for a refund that was your fault. The Issue!

@zap_map a heads up. If you are in Scotland be aware that Chargeplace Scotland will put a £35 hold on your account for min 7 days when you charge/try to charge (and fail due to app/machine). They charge you within hours but won't release the hold regardless. £315 still pending.

@MoneySavingExp people be aware Chargeplace Scotland charge a preauthorisation fee of £35 each charge/try. I now have 6 pending preauthorisation charges each of £35 for when their app/machine failed to function. It will take 10 days to have the money released

@AvantiWestCoast congratulations again - 8/10 trains taken to and from Man -Lon have either been delayed or cancelled. Now on my 4th train and 3 hours into a 1 hour 49 minute journey. Well done you muppets! Compensation 25% off a cheap ticket only for another delayed train.
