Great to see more work being done in another area of need.

The best way to ramp up for the #youthsports season? Work on endurance, flexibility, & core work. Not throwing 500 pitches, kicking a soccer ball 1000 times, or taking 700 jump shots. Work on #fitness first and then skills. Stay healthy = have fun. Get injured= fun goes away.
The disparity in #youthsports is being furthered by #COVID19. With school based teams and low-income families stressed financially, clubs sports have become the playground of the elite. The impact will last years. This needs to be talked about more @espn@SInow @TheUndefeated
Nice work from former Rush fellow Eric Strauss. Scientific confirmation of what our common mentor Dr Bernard Bach has been teaching fellows for years! Being a good physician matters. #rushsportsmedicine pride!
