Banding becomes way way worse when exporting

Just doing shading with a basic airbrush and I can't figure out why this awful color banding happens.

Listening to royksopp and inking xenomorph butt is a good way to spend a day. I'm making solid progress - hopefully I'll have this done by the middle of june.

Using airbrushes in clip studio often produces these color banding artifacts, so far the only solution Ive found is using a noise filter to make it less noticable. Anyone have advice for this?
