Have you built a language model? You should. It's so much fun to chat with something you made.
Anyone can do it, too. I made an app that teaches the fundamentals and gives you everything you need to build your own: https://t.co/nLjFfpczbV
I’ve been using Terra on Medium for day-to-day work in Codex, then reaching for Sol through subagents. Seems to be working so far.
Life on a ChatGPT Plus plan. The biggest unlock is only having to think about a weekly limit.
@rjonesy I’m still using LaunchBar’s Clipboard History. One shortcut, searchable, and it handles both text and images. I’ve never found a reason to switch.
Guess it’s gonna take a while for Gemini 3.5 Pro. 3.5 Flash has already been great for some of what I do, which makes the delay more interesting than disappointing.
New: Google is months behind schedule on delivering Gemini 3.5 Pro. Late last month, the company updated the data being used to train Gemini to improve its skills—they're especially behind in AI coding—but the results were "disappointing," a source told us. w/ @byJuliaLove
I do love that you can switch between Chat and Work inside a Project without losing much context. Think with 5.6 Sol, switch to Work when you need the tools, then switch back.
Being able to use Library files inside ChatGPT Work makes Projects much easier to manage. Bring that to the desktop app and the pieces finally line up.
Finished a tool last week: give it an HTML file, get back a private URL. The next day @Cloudflare shipped Drop: give it a folder, get back a URL. Wrote up why they're opposite tools wearing the same shape, and everything I decided not to build.

@emollick Yes. It's been a while since I last used Codex so couldn't find what the iOS ChatGPT app was talking about. Some QR code on the sidebar of the Desktop app to pair. But apparently, it's now somewhere in Settings.
The thing I like about Codex (now ChatGPT Remote) on iPhone is it lets you spin up a local session from the phone itself. Claude Code can’t (or I don’t know how). You can only attach to a session already running on your computer. 🤔
