Agent believes it’s related to debit card, but this still doesn’t make sense as we haven’t used the cards/aren’t lost. Agent can’t confirm if this is a greater LC issue when asked

@ultabeauty it really stinks that I can’t use my birthday coupon and get free birthday gift in the same purchase using the app (“only one coupon per order”). I’d have to make a second purchase (and pay for shipping) to get my “free” gift?
