George was abducted by the rebels in S.Sudan during his S.6 vacation. He escaped to Uganda, and will soon graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management under the DAFI scholarship.
"I'd like to volunteer with WIU again, that's the only way I can pay them back."
The application deadline for the DAFI scholarship was Monday the 7th of June, and the shortlisting process is underway. We wish all those that applied the best of luck!
