One of the first customers in Australia for the 10kW #braap#motoe. Unfortunately customer service terrible and bike arrives dirty. Apparently nothing they can do about that. Customer service response poor. Hope the bike better than customer service

@barco030 Happened to a colleague of mine when we were JHOโs. He replied that the patient might have reverse pump failure and when he arrived on the ward the crash cart was out and a code was called.
Reading some posts from colleagues has been disheartening recently. Reminder to myself to try and be kind and respectful always. We can all be the example.
