@TMobile - being charged $170/mth since Jan for cell service that was supposed to be cancelled by your store when unopened devices were returned within the return window. Getting charged wrongly for over 8 months. Customer service after 40 min chat can only escalate. Help please!

@BankofAmerica a fraud account was opened in my name. I called many months ago to flag it and still get statements. On hold for over 25 min to get to hopefully speak with someone again. #NotCustomerService#NotOkay
Shoutout to @HP for great job with a laptop repair. My screen had an issue during warranty. They not only replaced it but also made the laptop look like new. No additional BS like software reset either so all data and applications were preserved. Great #CustomerExperience Bravo!

This same officer was at visa camp near us and patiently and professionally answered questions from over 200 people over 5 hours.
