My luggage was delivered broken on Belt No. 4 at Mumbai T1 yesterday (27.06.26). Being told by the 6E staff Ms.Pooja, this is "normal during loading/unloading," is completely unacceptable and an irresponsible comment.
Please replace my damaged luggage asap!

Got a call from @iiflsecurities on behalf of @bhartiaxalife to sell me to buy a 1L plan and convert it into EMI using my CC with a promise to reimburse me the EMI charge and the interest fees post a year. Its been a year and the seller stops answering calls!
