@BaseballGeek72 You can’t release Garver. Then you’re going to pay another backup catcher to have a lot lower ceiling for offense. Doesn’t make any sense. Haniger is the only real vet and leader. But his production has been awful. They’ll trade him this offseason with a prospect

7/ Most of the regulars might be bench players on other teams. #Mariners need to cut bait with most of the team. Results matter. Have to change the culture to one that expects to compete and win.

The young guys need to see that if you don’t perform, you might be sent packing.

If the Astros play .500 ball the rest of the way (13-12), they would end up with 88 wins.

The Ms would need to go 19-6 — a winning percentage of .760.

#mariners are 37-40 (.481) in the same timeframe.

These #mariners losses don’t bother me so much anymore. This team is not built to be competitive. Only reason anyone acts like things matter is because the division sucks.

Will miss the playoffs in 2024 just like every season not called 2022.
