(3) @Uber For a first experience with a new company/app/service, this is by far the worst I’ve ever had. A reservation is just that. If the drivers supporting this system cannot support this service, what is the point of a “reservation.” #disappointed #dobetter #uber

(2) @Uber I called literally 10 diff taxis, 2 were open, neither had drivers available. Had to disconnect my infirm father from bedside dialysis, get him into wheelchair and into his car in order to drive me to airport. Arrived within 30 min of boarding and barely made flight.

(1) @Uber Had the worst experience for (what should’ve been) my first Uber ride ever. Reserved a ride 2 days ahead of time for 430AM pickup, got notifications driver changed 3 times, then early morning of pickup was told “no drivers available.”
