@AmazonHelp Hello, Thank you for the help and support that I have received so far regarding several of my orders being delivered to the wrong address.

After about an hour of this, the customer support representative quit responding to me and I have not received any replies since. That was a couple of days ago.

I have been trying to get this issue resolved for over a week, and get my orders replaced.

@AmazonHelp Hello, I am an Amazon Prime customer. I have placed four orders with Amazon over the past few weeks. Three out of the four orders were delivered to the wrong address, as can be seen by the pictures that the delivery carrier posted with the delivery notice.

as they are saying that since they were stolen, they can't do anything for me until I provide them with a police report for the orders as stolen. Any assistance that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

and I had to go to the police. They repeatedly asked if they had explained everything in a clear and understandable manner and that the orders were stolen and that there was nothing that they could do. They were not listening to me and just kept repeating the above phrase.

I then had customer service call me and I tried to explain the situation again over the phone, and they hung up on me. What can I do to get these orders replaced, as customer support is no longer allowing me to contact them about the orders,
