@LNRailway Can u advise if this is through delay repay on ur website, because this isnt the first time this has happened and when i tried to get a refund it got rejected and through delay repay u have to pick a train no alternative to there bein no train …

@LNRailway I wasnt able to use my ticket as the alternative travel offered which was a 2 hour bus to rugby wasnt a feasible option

@LNRailway Hi, on the back of this. I tried to submit a delay repay claim seeing as this extended my journey and i had to find alternative travel plans. However ur website forces you to select a travel time however there wasnt trains running… my claim is rejected as the train wasnt yours
