Duane Owen killed a 14 year old babysitter and then had sex with her corpse. The children she was babysitting found her body the next day.

Two months later Owen raped and murdered a woman with a hammer. Her children found her body the next day as well.

But poor Duane Owen was subject to ‘enormous suffering’ and ‘cruel and unusual punishment’ because the state of Florida wouldn’t cut his dick off and call him Diane. 🙄
