@ValerieAnne1970 There is no "ownership" of water. Where is the title to it? Did you get a receipt? How much do you owe?
This is a liberal crapshoot. Oregon is out of control. The guy should take this to federal court and take that state for millions.
So you didn't get a ticket. I don't mean anything but that you got lucky. So Far.
The truth is that law enforcement is supposed to serve and protect, not bully and beat up, the citizens of the jurisdiction they work in. What this cop did is way out of line. You get a ticket for littering, not being beaten up and dragged out of your car.
Small minds with small comments have a small impact. The fact is, there is no reason that Cali cannot count votes in a timely manner, as most of the rest of the world does.
Count the reasons why they don't, and there is a heavy probability that the hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots are printed on demand.
Figure it out. Gov. Gavin Newsom said he has a secret โbreak the glassโ plan to prevent California from electing a Republican governor.
It isn't about who the people voted for; it matters who is counting the votes.
They overlook the most fundamental, common-sense part of research into ALS. Thousands of us have ALS and have survived for more than 10 years and 20 years. Figure out what allows us to survive that long, and ALS will cease to be a terminal diagnosis. Compare all research on genetics and microbiology between survivors and those with a median survival of 3.5 years for the win!!
This idea has been around for at least a decade. The change in thinking is comparable to research that enabled Down syndrome babies to survive for decades.
@alsnewstoday Gratitude. Being thankful for the caregivers. I have never had better medical treatment than I have at the ALS Clinic. The same goes for my spouse, and her conversion to a medically trained specialist in everything about me.
Is that selfish? Maybe so, but it is true.
@LightOnLiberty Name one place in the USA that will refuse any person of any color access to service provided, or even access to enter the premises without civil recourse. Court dockets would be filled with cases if it were so.
This lady is FOS.
We all have to choose to stay or go. My brother was in the same condition, could not move, and was stuck on the non-invasive vent. He could have stayed for many more months, but chose to have his vent removed. You described his situation perfectly. Refusing all life-sustaining support is our choice.
It will come down to whether we elect invasive vents. In Japan, PALS survive longer because the culture drives them to do so, but in the USA, the vast majority elect non-invasive ventilation. In the end stages, both have to face the piper, but the extra year in Japan is substantial. Even so, the longest survivors will be on invasive vents.
Stephen Hawking lived 52 years w/vent support. The will to live gives us an indomitable spirit of survival.
@angie_denes@TaMaraPhoto3 And how does anyone know if those images are even of the same location?
Nope, paying attention only happens when all of the facts are presented, not some or part of the story.
You call that thinking?
Sorry, it's a no-go for logic. Ignorance comes from the inability to back up your argument with facts and to avoid attacking me personally. Attacking a person's character rather than their argument is often unproductive and is known as an ad hominem fallacy. You find it most of the time in immature folks, and the rest of the time in others trying to defend a lie.
@SuzeebeeWC@TaMaraPhoto3 There is no proof that contrails caused anything. Correlation is not causation; you all should know that by now. It's like proving you didn't fart on a windy day.
This woman needs to go on Roganโs show and speak for 3 hours explaining WHAT THE HELL IS REALLY GOING ON๐ซจ! I guess when you study something for 50 years (like DJT has) you become an expert on it๐บ๐ธ. This woman has really opened my mind up๐
FOLLOW ME,THE NEXT DROP WILL BE SHOCKING
@alsnewstoday Not to mention what it does to the family. Fear of having this burden laid on a single family member, or two, is also an emotional strain. For caregivers and pALS.
