When you apply for a firearm, the federal government asks if you have a history of mental illness.

The application then asks what gender you identify as.

It lists male, female, or non-binary.

If you pick non-binary—that should automatically answer the mental health question.

@HT_GunWriter I chafe at calling it “constitutional” carry if there are restrictions. It’s not automatically equal. If carry in banks, courthouses, churches (e.g.) is not allowed, it’s “permitless” not “constitutional”
