@ATT I was told I had a 12 to 15 minute wait to resolve a potential fraud issue for my 90 year old mother. I have been on hold for 57 minutes. Horrible service!!!

@BankofAmerica i have been disconnected 3 times and now on the fourth call I have been on hold for 17 minutes. All trying to trace a wire! Please get me to someone who can trace a lost wire. I have been trying for 2 hours!!
@zoom Please fix your Outlook Calendar Plug-in so it works with Yahoo and change your BS Support "policy"! Or change Customer Support to Customer Frustration because that is all you do!!

@SixtUSA Sixt why is your service so horrible! I spent 30 minutes on hold trying to track a pair of sun glasses left in a rental car at O’hare. I was trying to talk to someone only to be cut off and told you won’t let me talk to anyone on site! Your customer service is horrible!
@BrandsMartUSA Worst extended warranty experience ever! Washing machine broken since September 11th! Service tech failed to fix again yesterday! Then manager blew off in store meeting this morning! Horrible service!!

@priceline has the worst customer service!! I have been waiting on the Chat line to add a simple FastBreak code to a car reservation - no response back after one hour!!!
